Makeup in 80's

The girls literally "painted" their faces on. The two defining makeup elements were the eyes and cheeks. If yor face didn't look like clown, yo didn't look well. There were a lot of colors dor eyes, but in the 80's the best color the electric blue. The eyeliner, in particular, was worn in abundance.

The shorter the better... women loved mini skirts. They were made in a lot of materials including leather. These were often paired with leggings. This particular look has made a big comeback recently.

Leg warmers

Another accessory in the 80's very popular though they didn't make a lot of sense were leg warmers. Maybe all the girls hade really cold legs because of the mini skirts thay they wore or maybe they just thought they looked cute.

Huge earrings

During the 80's women always wore huge earrings from various jewelry collections and if your earrings didn't touch your shoulder, they weren't big enough.

Stretch pants

This was worn during 80's because the women wanted to look more thin and taller. It was the best clothe in this time, also stretch pants comeback in these years.

Oversized tops

In the 80's were so popular oversized tops. Big sweaters, shirts and T-shirts wearing them over a mini skirts or a pair of leggings.

Robot sunglasses

They're hard to explain and really don't have an official name, but definitive this were used in 80's.

Aviators

This style has been popular since they were developed in 1937. Called aviators because of their teardrop shape which matched those of flying goggles which Ray-Ban was selling to the army and navy.
